During my junior and senior year of high school I conducted an original research project where I independently designed and developed a low cost module to monitor poor air quality. This data was then transmitted in real-time using a 4G cell network to a website. On the website the data could then be displayed in 3D, and early warning alerts could be sent to people whose health could be at risk. This research has the potential to aid in providing more accurate monitoring of poor air quality as current methods of monitoring air quality are unable to record in 3D space.
